Account Deletion Request
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from the app by following these steps:
- Log in to your Trading Hub Pro account
- Go to Settings
- Click on Security
- Scroll down to Delete Account
- Click “Delete My Account”
- Confirm the deletion (two confirmation prompts will appear)
- Enter your password to verify your identity
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted
What gets deleted:
- Your profile information (name, email)
- Trading diary and trade history
- All account settings and preferences
Important: This action is irreversible. If you have an active subscription (Basic or Premium), it will be cancelled immediately with no refund for remaining time.
